Any customer’s maintenance manager knows there are very expensive Predictive Maintenance (PdM) systems on the market. Many of those systems are ran remotely by elaborate software interfacing hundreds, if not thousands, of monitoring sensors feeding data to an algorithm. Anchor Technical understands not all customers have the budget or the corporate buy-in for a large-scale asset reliability program. Our system is more traditional, practical, and affordable.
Anchor Technical begins with detailed asset inventories and condition baselines, conducts periodic inspections visits, uses a CMMS to keep a historical record documenting every contact with an asset, and installs strategically placed sensors at critical failure points. This program allows our technicians to use local familiarity when the plant and condition-based maintenance (CbM) to consult the plant personnel the asset condition and the likelihood of failure.
Anchor Technical understands that local experience and over-communication with the customer is a viable and time-tested program. You can get good information and data without expensive systems, but we must understand your operations, your equipment, your equipment's process flow, and even when run-to-failure is economically viable.
